I was very impressed with the entire situation, but especially when Tim told me the 1st bumper that was delivered as replacement for the damaged bumper didn't meet his standards and therefore he ordered a Volvo bumper. He didn't have to do that, but because of his high standards for customer satisfaction, he went with what he knew was quality.
